Genexine is a leading biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative therapies for cancer, rare diseases, and biobetter treatments. With a foundation rooted in continuous technological innovation and a deep respect for life and health, we are dedicated to advancing groundbreaking new drug discoveries.
At Genexine, we are developing a robust pipeline of novel therapies based on three core technologies: hyFc®, DNA vaccine platforms, and bioPROTAC. The hyFc® platform enhances the durability of drugs in the body by fusing them with a range of therapeutics. Our DNA vaccine platform uses plasmid DNA with viral genetic information that triggers the production of proteins involved in immune responses, currently being explored for cancer vaccines. The bioPROTAC platform represents the next generation of targeted protein degradation technology, capable of degrading proteins that have been difficult to target with traditional therapies.

With 22 years of history, Genexine is now focusing its efforts on becoming a leading, global biopharmaceutical company by 2030. The company has built a solid scientific foundation for growth through strong R&D, CMC and development capabilities. It is now poised to expand beyond the Korean borders to complement its drug development efforts on a global scale. Genexine’s goal is to become the first Korean global biopharmaceutical company.
Expanding beyond Korea will enable Genexine to broaden its access to technology, markets and expertise. Genexine is unique in that it has access to a strong talent base and technology in Korea and will soon be able to expand and access similar in the U.S. and globally.
